Pizza Gran Pizzeria Vegana

We were so suprised to find this in a village mini-market on our vacation to El Hierro island! Really tasty for a frozen #pizza, the crust cooked well, crunchy outside and tender inside. It also had a good amount of #tomatosauce and roasted veggies including #eggplant, #spinach, #zucchini, #redpepper and #yellowpeppers. And the no cheese was tasty (maybe a bit too salty). In fact the whole package reminded me of the #veganpizza Mercadona used to carry, sans the no-chicken strips. Thanks to La Tiendita de Los Mocanes for offering this treat!! Estábamos de viaje alojados en un apartamento, nos salvó la cena ya que no encontrábamos cerca donde comer. Muy rica, hubiera comprado otra de saberlo .
