Pimientos rojos asados

When I bought this package of #roastedredpeppers, I didn't see the word "enteros" (whole) on the back label, so was pleasantly suprised that they weren't the usual strips. These #redpeppers were so thick and meaty, with nice carbonized spots bringing out that wonderful sweet flavor. Only three ingredients: #redpepper, salt and citric acid. I would totally purchase these again, and found them at the #hiperdino in El Paso on #lapalma island. Pues también se encuentranesta bandeja de pimientos rojo, y la he puesto con un poquito de aceite de oliva y ajo.

Pimientos en conserva normalitos. No destacan en nada. No sé qué más decir y como igualmente dan poca recompensa, aunque me esfuerce, ahí lo dejo. Chau.

Nice and good escalivada- red peppers roasted in their own skin. Typical catalan food which goes wonderfully on bread with vegan cheese or spreads.

Esto es una puta droga. Normalmente los hago caseros pero hoy caí en la tentación. Digo que caí en la tentación porque son jodidamente caros. No tienen ninguna otra pega though.
