Very good. As far as I can remember the taste is very similar to the

A burger made from pea protein. I really liked the texture, it had a perfect

balance between chewy and soft, and not at all dry. They hold together really well when you cook them. The flavor was also nice!

Non direi che sembrino hamburger, mi facevano venire in mente della carne in scatola cotta
