Organic Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies

If you can imagine what oats, sugar and butter blended in a processor and pressed together would taste and feel like, that would be what this is. It's not bad, just kind of boring. They are cut into small cubes and each cube is fairly high in sugar and saturated fat for what it is.

These were purchased for me so I could snack while traveling around to different people's houses on Christmas weekend. These are really delicious! They taste like oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough bites. I really love the texture and the prominence of oats. Unfortunately the bag claims that a serving size is just one hunk, which is pretty small! I definitely couldn't stop at one.
