I bought this tofu from a local health food shop. It tastes very much as I remember the Waitrose own brand marinated tofu to be - so it could be the same. It sits in a lot of marinade - which forms into a paste at the bottom of the pack. I often pour it out into a separate jar and use it as a dressing for noodles. I’ve used the tofu itself for salads & bowls - roasted but also raw - although I don’t think that would be to everyone’s taste! It’s got a bit of an aftertaste but I don’t mind. As always I wish the packaging wasn’t so plastic heavy but there doesn’t seem to be a way around it with #tofu.

By far my favourite tofu. Nice taste, very versatile and doesn't need draining.
An amazing product far superior to all other tofu brands I have tried and I have tried many. Extra firm, lovely texture, seasoned well. Great is most dish but I use on stir fries the most.
I’ve really enjoyed their burgers, this tofu was alright. Would purchase again. Although not widely available
