First time trying seitan, loved it! Highly recommended

Amazing!! I don’t like meat substitutes that ‘taste like meat’ ‘texture of meat’ etc so this is perfect for me. All natural clean ingredients, lovely texture, holds well while cooking, nice on its own or in a bun with homemade potato chips, also fab on the BBQ when the time is right. One of my favourite ‘thanks plants’ products.
