Mushroom

The carton has 2 servings which I didn't know before I was cooking it. I

was surprised it was vegan when I grabbed it from reduced at tesco extra but it tastes earthy and herby. It's not the cream of mushroom from my childhood, it's better. Small simple ingredients list with no nasties, this is good for you.

I was shocked to see this is now vegan! My first thought was to make

one of my favorite dishes; green bean casserole! It worked alright but next time I’ll add fresh mushrooms and some soy sauce. #veganisnotscary

Someone bought this for me as it was massively reduced and while I appreciate their

thoughts, this soup was very salty 😭😂 Other than that, it wasn’t bad but there wasn’t anything mind blowing. Maybe more herbs would’ve been nice.
