The soft gel is very soft and taste quite fishy. Some cotton sticks onto soft gel.

Wow!!! Such a big bottle and each capsule has a whopping 400 mg Omega 3 DHA from algae! The most I found in others is 300 mg. Take two capsules a day for 800 mg. Taste is ok to me but the nutrition is what counts. You don't need fish for your Omega 3 DHA, after all fish get their Omega 3 from consuming algae, so why not consume the original source and save lives? 💙🐟 Around $55 from #iherb for this big bottle, more value for money than other brands I've seen! This will be my go-to for omega 3 from now on. They do have carrageenan as an ingredient if you wanna avoid that. #veganisnotscary 🖤☠🐟💙

Being on a vegan diet, I'm taking this supplement to obtain my source of omega 3 apart from adding flaxseeds, chia seeds and walnuts to my diet. Dr Michael Greyer recommends taking 250mg of omega 3 daily in his book, so I take this once every 3 days (each capsule contains 800mg). Love it that this is from algae instead of fish (which is likely to have contamination from PCBs, mercury etc)!
