עוגיה נחמדה, לא מדהימה לטעמי. אופציה נחמדה למי שרוצה להוסיף יותר חלבון בתפריט, אבל בכמות
קלוריות
יחסית גבוהה. 14 גרם חלבון לעוגייה שהיא 283 קלוריות.
בכל מקרה לדעתי עדיף לאכול כל פעם חלק מהעוגייה כי זה קצת יותר מדי לפעם אחת.
