Mylk & Hazelnut Truffle Centres

I’ve been eyeing this at #sainsburys for a while, but since it’s now on offer for £2.95 (regular £3.45), I had to have it. Life is rough right now and chocolate helps, right? Right. It’s a thinner #chocolate bar but still has a creamy, thick, hazelnut center. The chocolate is very nice and the filling very creamy. I was never a particularly massive consumer of #rawchocolate (or any #veganchocolate, for that matter) for culinary purposes, but @organicalex loves it and enjoys trying all sorts. As such, I have also been trying many different kinds (& making it myself far more than ever before) since we got together! 🍫🐻💜🤭 Seeing a post from @valibabali a few days ago reminded me of how much we enjoyed this one when we shared a bar last year, so it wasn’t too difficult for me to convince my beloved partner to allow me to slip a bar of it into the basket after having randomly encountered some during last night’s big #organic shop up. 🤭 After all, it -had- been at least 6 months since we last had this one from #RawHalo… 😇 Similarly to most of the other flavours from this brand, this one is rich, yet also delicate, creamy and quite easy for both of us to devour an entire bar in one sitting. However, the thing that makes it rather unique in comparison to most of their other flavours is the delightful addition of a creamy hazelnut butter filling in the centre. Such a lovely treat! 😋 In this sense these also seem somewhat reminiscent of another #rawvegan #chocolate bar we recently enjoyed together called #OmbarCentres, which were filled with pistachio creme. We quite enjoyed that as well, though this seemed a better value at £3 for a nice big bar (as opposed to the £2 I last paid for a far littler #Ombar in a local shop). Of course we still managed to finish the entire thing in record time—especially considering the rather substantial dinner we had eaten just beforehand… However, it also provided us with a reasonable amount of #rawcacao energy to finish up on some work projects and also go for a late night walk. 😊 Shout out to @valibabali for having posted such an excellent review and reminding us of how much we really do enjoy these particular #rawveganchocolate bars. 💜🌱💫

A new favorite here! 😍 I love this chocolate bar! Everything about it! The packaging is so cute with these pastel colors. The chocolate itself is very high quality and tasty. The hazelnut truffle filling is so smooth and delicious 😋. Also, the ingredient list is super clean. I just love it! #chocoholic #teammylkchocolate #organic
