Tastes like good quality instant coffee! No noticeable mushroom taste. Delicious with pinch of cinnamon or cardamom After discovering the benefits of Lion's Mane I've been searching for a reputable source. Found this in Holland & Barrett 10 sachets for £11. Pricey but possibly worth it so will definitely get more. Cant say I've noticed the impact and improvements from consuming yet but i have also been neglecting a good nights sleep 🙃

Quick and convenient packaging. Good coffee texture but bitter mushroom after taste 🤷♂️
Well first off, I can definitely taste the mushroom in it🤭 It’s quite earthy, and has a mild TCM herbal tea after taste. Don’t get me wrong I still enjoy this coffee and best of all- IT WORKS. I no longer feel sleepy after lunch and it kinda suppresses my hunger as well so I no longer have to snack in between meals🙃
I love the idea, ingredients, nutritional value and the convenience of this product but I’m not a fan of the flavour. Drinking it black tastes like warm soya sauce 😅.
