It's a solid mozzarella effort, one you can also eat raw and it's pretty nice. I used it in an oven pasta dish and got a bit lost in the flavours, but I took a bit beforehand and was pleasantly surprised that it was firm and tasty, not too bland.
I was super hype for this product and it lived up to my expectations. Shape, texture and flavor very remind to the classic supermarket dairy mozzarella. I mainly use it for pasta salads or to fill sandwiches.
