Mori-Nu vegan crab meat

I was leery to try this product. I have been vegan for 8 years and obviously I have not eaten fish that whole time. Right of the bat when I opened the package the smell was very mild and the taste was good but not over powering . I quickly went to work trying to figure out what to do with it. I shredded some with a fork and made some spicy crab sushi towers and also made garlic buttered crab rolls. I have to say they were both very satisfying. I think the package was about $11.00, but I made a few dishes with it so it was worth it
