Mini scotch eggs

Very good to be eaten both warm and cold, with a lovely cheesy filling.

These are actually called mini savory bites but they are obviously supposed to be scotch eggs. Nevertheless perfect for lunchboxes and buffets etc, always a classic. I think these would be better in the oven and then cooled down but we had them straight from the box and they were okay, bit stodgy but nothing a bit of salad cream can't fix.

Yummy taste with crunch on the outside, pork like inside and egg like in the centre. They were a little dry so I wish they were slightly smaller to manage. I never had a scotch egg before I went vegan so I have nothing to compare to but these are a great picnic snack! £3 from Tesco

I love everything about these, they are delicious! They don't taste exactly how I remember a scotch egg tasting (these are softer and more crumbly) but they are delicious. Reasonably priced and great to add to lunch boxes.

Such a great snack! The vegan meat, egg and bread crumbs come togther in this and really shine. 8/10
