i only like baked cheese (like on pizza) so i put this in the microwave to see what happens. well it got real crispy, didn't Form any threads. but the other day, i put it on my meal prep and then in the microwave and it kind of 'melted' but that was rather gummy-ish :o i still have to figure out how to make this perfect taste was ok. based on coconut oil but you won't taste that.
