Fantastic! Delicious sauce in the middle, flaky inner and perfectly crunchy coating. A brilliant alternative to fish cakes. Lower in fat than they tasted. Will jump at the chance to buy them with a yellow sticker, expensive otherwise though 🐟
These were super! Not too fishy, covered in crispy crumbs & filled with a lovely creamy sauce.
I served this for my main meal accompanied with organic chunky chips, homemade coleslaw, petite pois and salad. A delicious combination. Lovely crispy crumb on outside and fluffy in middle.
