My brother is the go-to milkshake connoisseur in the family , here’s his review: “very flavourful, chocolatey but light. Less heavy than dairy milkshakes.” I had a glass myself and as someone who usually finds Mars too rich, I can concur that its lovely and light!

I spent a few months in the UK when I was still omnivorous and I used to eat Mars constantly 😅 I would be very curious to try that!
