This maple syrup is delicious! I enjoy using maple syrup in baking and cooking recipes as a sweetener. I’ve used other varieties and brands throughout the years but this one is an easy go-to. I recently used this syrup in my latest bagel batch. These are definitely the most tasty so far! I followed the recipe below except I: 1. Skipped the cinnamon sugar step, electing to add the cinnamon and some cardamom directly to the dough instead and ditch the extra sugar 2. Used a TBSP of non-dairy creamer for the “egg” wash 3. hmm maple syrup isn’t as exciting as i remember it tasting. i remember it being way sweeter than agave but i think i prefer agave now. i didn’t like it as much in my matcha as agave. i remember the last maple syrup i bought being super good so maybe it’s just this particular one.
Very affordable in the world of Maple syrup. Very good. On the sweet side even for maple syrup. A little goes a long way. Would definitely buy again.
