Lion’s Mane Mushroom Crumble

A processed meat alternative that supports the brain? During my functional mushroom obsession, I got to know lion’s mane as a powerhouse for brain and nerve health. That’s part of why I love this crumble 🍄‍🟫 It’s also a #soyfree #glutenfree and #nutfree meat option for those who need that. So far, I’ve added it to pasta bolognese and Trader Joe’s squiggly noodles 👌🏼

I wanted this to be good, especially bc so many yummy mushrooms are in it, and yet the flavor it has (which is incredibly bland) is not good. Threw away most of it 😭😞 #veganisnotscary
