Nope. Very spongy consistency and barely any taste. Might as well get some soy in
the same shape and spice it yourself.

Ho usato questo macinato vegano per fare una specie di ragù con soffritto e passata
di pomodoro. Il sapore non era male da mangiare, ma non aveva nulla a che fare col ragù. La consistenza del “macinato” era molto gommosa e il sapore era dato solo dal pomodoro della salsa.
