Lesser Evil brands Vegan Sour Cream + Onion Sun Poppers are delicious! The serving size

is 45 poppers, and they provide 3 grams of protein via watermelon seeds 🍉 & pumpkin seeds 🎃. This snack is also grain free & gluten free. I also like that the second ingredient after Cassava Flour is Avocado Oil 🥑, versus the more cheaper & commonly used option of sunflower oil.
I recommend trying these for a healthy, crunchy snack!

These are goood. The seasoning is pretty spot on to #sourcreamandonion. The consistency of these

poppers is great, they have an initial crunch and then feel airy. Each serving has 3g of #protein and 1g #fiber.

These little bites were light and crunchy. I didn’t care for the sour cream &

onion flavor which was a bit too far on the sour side for me, but I liked the texture a lot so I’ll be trying their other flavors soon!

These are sooooo gooood. I haven't had any sorts of snacks with sour cream flavor

in quite some time. Addictive! Hubby and I chowed down the entire bag in one sitting lol... definitely buying a few bags next time. Found at Whole Foods.
