Lentil with roasted vegetables soup

Pretty good for a canned soup. The lentils maintain their shape and texture. It makes a quick meal!

I have always loved their lentil soup, but had not seen this version until noticing it being reviewed on this app. I found it locally finally and tried it for dinner. It’s delicious. It tastes like their original lentil recipe with a little bit of an old school Campbell’s vegetable soup flavor. Comforting and yummy.

This is a good base, and I would suggest adding tempeh, seeds, spices, more veggies

A decent soup that is pretty filling and super convenient. As far as canned soups can go, I'd eat it again. It's really nice with bread.
