Lemon Cookies - Soft

Today we enjoyed a solar eclipse with some friends. We were in the path of totality, it was an amazing experience. As part of the event we had a table of treats for both our families to enjoy. With my family being #vegan and most of us #glutenfree and the other family having a child with a nut allergy, we had to be careful of what we each brought. I always prefer buying packaged #nutfree foods when we are together as I cook in my house with nuts a lot. This brand has lots of options but this flavor was my favorite. Who can go wrong with a soft #lemon cookie! It had a good lemon flavor and though not soft like home baked cookies or even like Enjoy life cookies it was still soft enough to make me happy. #veganfortheanimals #dairyisscary #govegan

Saw these Partake Soft Lemon Cookies and had to get for spring… my mom is even more obsessed than I am! The cookies are smaller, bite-size and the texture is perfectly soft and chewy! The flavor is incredible and has an amazing sweetness with just the right burst of tangy lemon! 🍋🥠🌼
