First time trying kwark! I had no idea what it was until it was explained to me as a yoghurt/sour cream fusion… interesting. It was actually pretty good. Definitely thicker and less sweet than yoghurt, and it had a slight sourness to it. But with some granola and jam swirled in it was super delicious! Alpro Kwark no sugars, is one of my favorites. You can use for savoury or sweet preparations, with a good amount of protein.
