Definitely a fun and creative dish from Trader Joe’s. This one has been around for years but I haven’t had it in quite some time. Easy to prepare. The cauliflower get nice and crispy in the oven. The flavor is nice. Kung pao is a spicy sauce/dish. If you’re not already aware of this you may be surprised as the bag isn’t labeled as spicy. It is also sweet and definitely balanced though. If you are sensitive to spice and/or wish to keep the cauliflower crispy, it’s best to keep the sauce on the side.
