Korean Kimchi

The ingredients are all natural, and I could tell by the taste that this is high quality. I love the vibrant color, the zest and spiciness. I also appreciate how it’s all bite-sized. The cheaper brand I often buy is pale in color, like salmon pink, with big leaves that I have to cut. I really enjoyed this in my fried rice topped with Yo Sunny Side Up. It’s nice to see that there are more and more vegan kimchi options available now when several years ago it was pretty hard to find one. I like that this brand didn’t shy away from the gochugaru and also has a nice amount of green onion in the mix. The leaves were all really soft, though and I was hoping there would be pieces that still had a little crunch. Not my favorite but not bad. I bought this through a promotion where you buy two products and get reimbursed for one. It was nice to try but I prefer other options. #kimchi #vegankimchi #fermented #wildbrine

My favourite kimchi brand. It's difficult to find vegan kimchi without seafood ingredients, but this seems to be a staple at most PC grocery stores (no frills, loblaws, superstore) in the healthy foods refridgerated isle. Love using it in soups, stir frys and fried rice!

This isn't the best vegan kimchi I've tasted. It doesn't taste much like the real thing. They should do better...
