The initial smell was not great. After cooking, it improved. The texture is a bit odd for sure—like super slippery noodles. I would use very flavorful toppings/sauces so they are the focus. Macros are killer. One package/one serving is 1g Protein, 6g Carbs and 1g Fat. Ingredients are water, organic kanjac root, organic soy. Simple.

The smell is off putting until you’ve finished rinsing and preparing it properly, but if you can get past that it’s not too bad! It doesn’t taste like spaghetti spaghetti, but for 25 calories it gets the job done and is a good alternative if you’re craving pasta but can’t have the carbs or gluten- I don’t remember how much it was now, just that I thought it was a bit overpriced for the single serving😅
Got this NuPasta spaghetti, that’s gluten free and vegan. Had a coupon for it which made it free from around ($5). I had expected it to have a lot more in the container, it also smelled fishy which was quite surprising to me. It was easy to make though and I added my own sauce since jt was a bit bland without it, It tasted okay. I hope that they reduce the price as one costs $5 which again is quite shocking considering it’s very small. Always thrown off by the fishy smell but once you rinse them and cook them, that smell disappears. These noodles are so delicious and yet have little to no calories and carbs. Love this product.
