Kimchi (Spicy)

Labeled vegan! Nice spice and crunch. Enjoyed with rice, stir fried veggies and tofu.

This was good, however both of us thought it could be a lot more spicy. It is labelled as #spicy but I feel like it hardly has any spice at all. At least it still has a good flavor and nice crunch. It is definitely on the mild side though. I purchased this at Publix but next time I'll go to an Asian supermarket, like Dong-A Asian Supermarket in Orlando, FL, to find kimchi that is actually spicy! 👍 I do appreciate that this brand labelled the product as vegan, so we weren't worried about accidentally consuming an animal product that is the in kimchi #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #veganin2021 #9090challenge #kimchi

Way too salty, lacked ginger and fish sauce flavor, unpleasant after taste. Not tart enough. Not authentic hot or tartness Had to rinse it to remove excess salt, added ginger and hot sauce.

Big points for being the ONLY kimchi in the entire Korean shop that was vegan (everything else had shrimp or fish). The packaging says spicy but I disagree, it’s more like a medium. Overall I am satisfied with the product! #kimchi #korean
