Kale gnocchi

It’s ok. I like the texture. The flavor isn’t bad. I’d eat them again but wouldn’t necessarily look forward to it 🥹😅😂🤣

Never would have imagined kale gnocchi but it works. Add your favorite sauce and enjoy

I loves these kale gnocchi. It makes a quick side dish for a meal, just add your favorite pasta sauce or pesto. Only con is following the cooking directions they stick to the pan and leave a layer on pan after cooking.

Without sauce they taste a lot like kale (which I like, but there are people that don’t), but once they are covered with marinara sauce and vegan Parmesan these gnocchi taste almost like the potato ones, just a little bit harder. #vegangnocchi

I’ve never had kale gnocchi or made gnocchi in a saucepan before. They tasted pretty great, not too bitter. Only 7-10 minutes of cooking time. I wanted to use up some stuff I had in the fridge so for the last 3 mins of cooking time I added in TJ’s beefless ground beef and it was a really good combination of flavors. Other than that I only added salt (and olive oil in the beginning).
