The product is just as good as it was in the past, but for some reason I hadn't been able to find it for a long time and when I finally did it was by chance because it was in the refrigerated section!
i’ve passed by this jar of mayo in the store so many times and i finally decided to pick it up. on sale ofc. this is a great alternative for mayo. it tastes exactly like the real thing. i spread some in my sandwich and honestly it didn’t make much of a difference for me so don’t think i’d go out of my way to repurchase it. i dont find many uses of it for myself. i think i’ll just stick to avocado.
I was a huge fan of the original Just Mayo product that was introduced a few years ago. But that company imploded and the product disappeared from store shelves, not to be found anywhere. It has reappeared now in a MUCH smaller package in the cold freezer at Whole Foods near the vegan cheeses, under a different company name. But it's the same product, same creamy texture and tangy flavor that reminds me of Kraft Mayo, which is the mayo my family always used. I gladly slathered it on my sandwich last night and felt like my life might slowly be getting back on track. Such is life during a global pandemic. We have to celebrate the small victories now and Just Mayo coming back into my life is a happy event.
