Delicious plain sweetened soy-based "yoghurt" with added vitamins b12 and d2 and calcium. Tastes great both on its own and in sweet dishes, no strong soy taste. Rich in protein. Price 1,89 €.

I made waffles 🧇 for #InternationalWaffleDay with this plain Alpro yoghurt. Here’s the #veganrecipes #recipes: * 1 ¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour * 1 tbsp baking powder * 1 tbsp sugar * ¼ tsp salt * 1 ¾ cups nondairy milk (or any nondairy milk) * 1 tsp apple cider vinegar * 2 tbsp flaxmeal * ½ cup vegan yogurt (replace with ¼ cup applesauce and ¼ cup more milk) How to make it: 1. Whisk the dry ingredients -- flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt -- in a large bowl. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until everything's moistened and there is no dry flour visible, but don't overmix. Some lumps are fine. 3. Heat a waffle iron and spray with cooking spray or brush on oil. 4. Add batter according to the size of the waffle maker you have. 5. Decorate and #enjoy
Der Alpro Natur schmeckt mir erstaunlicherweise viel besser, als die Variante ohne Zucker. Dieser hält sich auch mit dem Soja eigengeschmack eher bedeckt. Allerdings ist die Zutatenliste recht lang! 7/10
