I tripplechecked whether these are actually vegan... They are sooo good. The blackbeansauce doesn't come as a powder but as an actual sauce. It has vegetables and soybased proteinchunks in it... Soo good! #veganisnotscary

This is great for a quick and cheap fix if you're craving for JJM and don't have time to visit Boneless Kitchen. You can prob replace the instant noodles with your own noodles (keep the instant noodles for other dishes like mala maybe) if you're looking for better noodles. The instant noodles are chewy and good. The texture is like the spicy fire noodles. I bought this off redmart a long time ago.

It would have 5 stars, but let’s be real, instant noodles are not the healthiest lol. But these black bean noodles are out of this world!!! You must go to your local Asian market and buy these or get them on Amazon. Sooo good!🤤
