Japadog

Not as flavorful as the Big Mac hot dog . Could not taste any teriyaki flavor . Crispy onions a good touch but overall needed more oomph!

Our second stop at the Vegan’s Who Snack festival was the Sausage Party stand, a woman owned vegan hot dog business from Toronto. My mom and I shared 2 dogs, the first this japadog. This had crispy onions, nori, green onions, cabbage, and supposedly was supposed to have teriyaki sauce, but instead had some sort of mayo. The sausage itself was delicious, as were the toppings, but the mayo sauce was kind of bland and drowned out the flavours of the hot dog. It definitely needed that teriyaki sauce that seemed to be missing!
