Jalfrezi Indian Simmer Sauce

Got it at Ralph’s for around $4. It was very tasty. I did mot find it smoky or too spicy. Ate it with veggies (broccoli and cauliflower).

Pretty good curry sauce! One jar was about 3 meals for us. I added a big scoop of peanut butter to make it more of a massaman/penang curry. It was a bit pricey but still cheaper than takeout. 💲5 for the jar at Fred Meyer in Anchorage AK #curry #vegancurry #indianfood #alaska

First time having jalfrezi at home! This sauce has lots of flavor for a jarred version, though I’m sure it’s better fresh. It covered last night’s cauliflower beautifully.
