I have to admit I was shocked at how small/light the bag was. Only 156 grams! Shrinkflation has infiltrated Grocery Outlet! I don’t know offhand how big the bag normally is, but this was much smaller than usual. This bag of tortilla chips was $2.99. Despite the small size, the chips were big on flavour. The jalapeño and lime flavours go very well together. So I can’t complain about the taste. Hardly any chips were broken and they hold salsa quite well. I was surprised to see that all the ingredients are organic. These chips are high in fibre with a decent amount of calcium as well. I will get these chips again, although I will look for seemingly better value.

I thought these chips were OK, but they didn’t exactly impress me. I bought them expecting something more like the hint of lime Tostitos, which really should be vegan but aren’t. I apologize if this doesn’t make any sense, but these felt to me like the La Croix of flavored #tortillachips — seasoned, but just barely. I’ve certainly had crisper and more flavorful — with these chips, I noticed only a faint trace of heat and not much at all in the way of lime. They are very lightly salted, which could be a positive for those minding their sodium intake. With regards to texture, I personally didn’t notice much of a difference between the #organic, stone-ground whole corn touted by this brand and the more widely available formulations from mass-market brands. I always enjoy trying a new #snack (and the vegan labeling is appreciated as well!) but this probably isn’t one I’d go out of my way to search for again.
These are very tasty. Love the combo of lime & jalapeño. I do wish they were thicker like the corn chips though.
Great, thin tortilla chips that taste good on their own without being overly salty. Would gladly get these again.
I really love this new flavour of tortilla chips! They taste great with guac and salsa, and they are also yummy on their own! #veganisnotscary
