Uso questa soia granulare da molti anni per fare il ragù per le lasagne. La

compirò in Romania ma si può trovare anche in vari negozi etnici/romeni.

A good textured vegetable protein, aka TVP aka SOY. Doesn't fall apart, doesn't become slimy

when you cook it. Soaks flavours well. Out of myriad TVP brands I've tried, this one is def top 3.

Perfetto per fare un ottimo ragu vegano. Molto buono.

Really inedit has the best price for soy, and they make only vegan products.

I re buy this all the time! Wonderful!!
