Sun dried tomato pesto

Adored this . It went into pasta and onto nachos and on a sandwich. Smooth

Delicious on pasta. I add a few cashews and top off with Violife’s prosociano cheese.

I just love this Sundried Tomato Pesto from Ina Paarman. I usually use it as

my tomato base for pizza. It's delicious, lovely flavours which are not overwhelming.
Today I used it in a roasted tomato soup. It was delicious.

This was more like a liquid sauce than a pesto, certainly not what I was

expecting, though you may legitimately ask why I couldn't have told from the way it was packaged 😬 My pasta dish ruined (no pictures)
