Hummus - traditional

This hummus is good. I prefer homemade but when you need something ready to go it's a good option.

And I think this is one of them. This package of 2 - 565 gram containers of Fontaine Santé Traditional Hummus was only $7.99. Considering I’ve purchased smaller containers for $4.00 apiece, I think this 2-pack at Costco was priced well.  Hummus is staple food item in the vegan world, including my household. This is a beautifully thick, creamy hummus, similar to the President’s Choice version. It tastes the way hummus should taste.  Almost every day, I’m dipping something into it, whether it be cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes or celery stalks. It’s certainly a good source of fibre and made from some basic ingredients. Food made from food. A friend suggested to include the hummus as part of the salad dressing; I’ll have to try it. I would definitely get this hummus again or any flavoured hummus by Fontaine Santé.
