I don't understand why, but store bought hummus like this brand, have a "frizzy" texture to me. Like too much vinegar, lemon or something.

Best store-bought hummus I‘ve tried. Not too sweet or sour and pleasant consistency. Spices are also well chosen making this my favorite. Highly recommend!
