The chocolate flavor isn't too sweet, which is perfect for me. For reference, the prepared photo in this review is one 200 calorie scoop (some older versions had a 150 cal scoop that I still use as well) in 450 ml of water. I like to make sure I'm getting nutrients, but I also like to make sure I'm hydrating and adjusting the preparation of the mix allows me to do both. I also love the convenience. I have a package of mix at my work office, so that if I don't have time for lunch, I can make a nutritionally complete meal and take it right into a meeting without disruptive eating.
