Hoisin Sauce

The best hoisin sauce for everything! I like to use it for hoisin tofu and it’s soo good!

Great to have on hand. Makes a great dipping sauce, something to go on my rice/noodles/salads. I particularly enjoy having this with a bit of steamed broccoli (whatever’s on hand really), especially nights where I’m feel drained. Which happens quite often these days. LKK’s very kindly specified which of their sauces are vg-friendly, and i appreciate the visibility. Quite readily available . Mi rendo conto che un prodotto che ha come primo ingrediente lo zucchero non è il massimo ma questa salsa ha un gusto che mi piace molto e che aggiunge un tocco di “umami” in più ai miei piatti asiatici come stir-fries e Buddha bowls. Purtroppo la maggior parte dei prodotti di questo brand ha animali e derivati dentro quindi lo compro raramente e lo uso con parsimonia. #accidentallyvegan
