This is one of my favorites from Wicked Kitchen because it's filling. It truly is a 💜 hearty dish. The sauce is flavorful with the lentils. I keep a few of these at work for emergencies since I am the only vegan in this building. I have so much respect for Chef Derek Sarno. Everything he makes is delicious! Apologies for the mostly eaten bowl. I almost forgot to take a photo for review.

It is packed with 24 g of protein. Delicious sauce with Beyond meat, lentils, and beans. It has a vegan cheese on top that melts into the sauce.
