I bough these #eggplant burger patties at Mercadona. This is a great product to have
in hand when you're in a rush and need to whip up a quick meal. Just toss one on a hot skillet and let it brown on each side. These come in a pack of two and they're somewhat affordable, could be a little cheaper! They're great as patties on a #hamburger bun or just by themselves with some #rice and #veggies. 😊

"Berenjenas". Hamburguesas vegetales a base de berenjenas (33%) y harina de soja. Esta bien, pero
no son nada del otro mundo. Por no llamarle "hamburguesas" e importunar a esa maravillosa industria del asesinato sistemático, dicen solamente "berenjenas". Y detrás "preparado vegetal con berenjenas".

My favorite burgers from Mercadona. Really tasty and good size. I only find it a
bit pricey for 2 burgers, but it's worthy for a quick meal. I usually heat them up at the airfryer for 10 minutes.
