This is great quick and easy to make. But the texture Is not great

The texture of this #greenpea #pasta was too 'chalky' for my liking and a little thick. The texture didn't improve when I tried different lengths of cooking time. Anyways, the taste was fine. I’d never had green pea pasta before so it was nice to try. However it does take a while to cook and then all of a sudden it can turn to mush. So you need to watch it and catch it at just the right moment. #pasta #greenpeapasta #greenpea #veganpasta

I was pleasantly surprised by this! A bit more dense and chewy than let’s say standard Fatis and Monis pasta but I quite liked that. The pea flavour adds depth to the pasta overall as well as colour. A definite yes for again
