Hearts of Palm

I love to use heart of palm in vegan fish recipes.

This is a great product. HoP are usually a bit pricier but these are 1.92

which is a great value. Love to have these as a Lobster substitute, amazing flavor. Only downfall is it is a bit high in sodium but it's also canned so that's not unusual. Love these and would highly recommend them!

i've seen palm hearts sold for 3 times as much at other stores.
a can is

considered a serving which delivers a solid 5 grams of fiber and 40% RDA for iron. it does break the sodium rule with 940 mg.
i liked drinking the liquid in the can.

delicious and you could do so many different combinations. 😍
I made this spinach spaghetti and added it and it was amazing!
They come canned.
