So I also got the salmon kind I prefer this over the salmon one I bought it for sushi so I would recommend it but i wish it was a little bit more oily and smooth once you bite into it but not bad

It’s vegan caviar made from seaweed!! Never had real caviar so no clue how it compares but it is delicious
