I am a huge fan. This cheese was amazing and I can't wait to buy another one. I used it on a homemade pizza with garlic, red onions, grapes and thinly sliced Pears. The taste was unique, every bite delicious. I bought it at Jacksons but saw it at Kaylee's as well.
