Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Flour was found at Superstore in town. It was expensive for how much you get. I would buy it again, but it would definitely not be too often. It’s a treat item for special occasions or when company comes for sure. I am really proud of the recipe I came up that works wonders with this gluten free flour. The flour is soft and fluffy and after I put all my ingredients in it still was soft and fluffy which I am so proud of! The taste of this doesn’t have the usual gritty texture when I made it, which makes each and every bit especially delicious. Whether you want to make vegan chocolate chip pancakes or plain pancakes with @hairyveganmonk’s special rhubarb deliciousness on top, you can make these pancakes just to your taste with this flour! Pretty useful as an ingredient we would use to make a variety of pastries.

vegan baking can be a challenge but sometimes i like to mix it up and experiment with gluten-free baking. Depending on what I am experimenting with, I will use this as a good basic flour. It has a lot of stuff mixed in with it to make it act like regular flour. It does cost a lot more than regular flour. #veganbaking

Picked this up so that my mom who’s a celiac can have some homemade vegan focaccia bread with dinner. Worked fine.
