Garlicky Focaccine

Normally priced at £3.50 (a bit high if you ask me), we figured these were worth a try when we saw them on sale at #sainsburys for £2.79. You get two focaccine breads for that price. Sadly, I just didn’t think much of these. They were extremely oily all over, even making the bottom a little spongy from it. The garlic was there but not great. It was mainly like eating a butter drenched piece of bread. If that’s something you like, this may be right up your alley. Bit of a disappointment. I live for garlic bread! I didn’t really clock that this what gluten free when I bought it, maybe that’s why it wasn’t up to par? A very spongy bread base! I left it sadly.

I had these with an orange tomatoes Salad, raw garlic , olive oil , oregano and salt. Beautiful combination ! #veganfocaccia #veganlondon
