silken tofu instead of yoghurt which worked like a bomb. Just blended it with a stick blender. I imagine this could replace a lot of dairy things. #veganuary

This silken tofu made the most amazing French chocolate buttercream! The consistency is perfect for
adding a wonderful creaminess to the whipped buttercream without affecting the flavour. First time I've used silken tofu and I'm so impressed by it's versatility.

This tofu is super silken, so it really doesn’t work for baking or getting nice
crispy pieces. I’d recommend using it for scrambles or in baking. #tofu #silkentofu #veganisnotscary
